From October of 2021 until May of 2023 i was working as a DOP in an Interantional Documentary film, titled ‘the Hole In The Sock’

Due to some flight delays of the rest of the crew,i had a day off in Katowice and i immediately decided to go and visit Auschwitz with just a roll of film in my camera.

The next day i bought one more in Warsaw and shot some photos in the old center. My beloved friend and partner Stavrianna Bitsani took the rolls of film to develop and scan them and she disocvered that it was a good series for a book. She curated the whole project and Georgia Loumpardi designed the book. The presentation of the book took place at Ramon Bookstore in Kalamata. The book is now sold out.
